Stone Hill employees have testified in front of state legislators in an effort to advance this method of procurement. Stone Hill was also a founding sponsor of the annual Pennsylvania Design Build Water Conference which is held in cooperation with Pennsylvania Section of American Water Works Association annual conference, and has  employees who  have served on the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA)  National Water Wastewater Committee, as well as on both DBIA Regional and Chapter boards.
